Liberty State es un estado fictício de Estados Unidos donde está localizada la ciudad de Liberty City y, posiblemente, Carcer City. Está basado en el estado de Nueva York. Se cree que Liberty City es la capital de Liberty State. Liberty State tambien es conocido como Liberty City State o State of Liberty.
